Your responsibilities

• Leveraging energy market expertise to shape power asset portfolio strategy
• Conduct commercial assessments of Unipers power asset portfolio and new business opportunities, integrating technical, commercial, and regulatory value drivers
• Drive strategic decisions for physical and contractual assets, including optimization, lifetime extensions, divestments, closures, contract renegotiations, new-build projects, and tolling opportunities
• Own holistic revenue assumptions, and align corresponding market and asset assumptions, within CCO Power and across relevant functions throughout Uniper
• Translate Unipers market outlook into actionable portfolio transformation initiatives

Leveraging project management expertise to foster collaboration

• Lead complex cross-functional projects, engaging and coordinating stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with sites and key business functions, including Energy Assets, Business Controlling, Market Analytics, and New Green Power and Gas
• Align critical assumptions and communicate results effectively across reporting lines

Your profile

• Excellent education in Engineering, Economics, Natural Sciences, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach
• Sound understanding of European energy markets, particularly Unipers core markets (Germany, UK, and the Netherlands), and the key drivers of the energy transition, including regulatory frameworks and support mechanisms
• Demonstrated success in project management and stakeholder engagement within complex organizational environments

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluent in English
