We are looking for you to join us as an ERP Project Manager (m/f/d)—a position with key responsibility for the further development of our IT and systems infrastructure.

Quantec Networks GmbH is a global company and a leader in the field of aviation obstacle lighting. Our main activities include the development, design, and manufacture of obstacle lights for wind turbines. In this position, you will play a key role in the administration and optimization of our ERP system (ABAS) as well as our entire IT infrastructure.

You will ensure that our ERP system runs reliably, is used to its full potential, and evolves alongside our company. In doing so, you will work closely with various departments, analyze technical challenges, oversee updates, and ensure that our IT environment remains stable, secure, and high-performing.

Heres what you can do for us:

Administer and monitor our IT infrastructure, with a particular focus on our ERP system (ABAS).

Provide technical IT and ERP support to various departments.

Analyze and resolve system errors and provide technical support.

Monitor the availability and performance of our IT infrastructure and ERP system.

Design, develop, and maintain system integrations and interfaces.

Coordinate and oversee ERP system updates and upgrades.

Configure and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure, as well as manage user accounts.

Perform regular system backups and implement security measures, monitor for threats, and apply updates to protect against viruses and malware.

Continuously develop and optimize our IT environment by evaluating and implementing new technologies and trends.

Support colleagues with technical issues and day-to-day IT requests.

Document IT processes, system configurations, and the overall system environment.

Your profile:

A successfully completed degree (or higher education) in (economic-) informatics or a comparable qualification.

Initiative and conceptual skills for process optimization and project work.

Solid knowledge of the administration, configuration, and customization of ERP systems.

Analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.

Excellent German language skills and, ideally, English language skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.

You are a team player and solution-oriented.
