We are looking for you to join us as an ERP Project Manager (m/f/d)—a position with key responsibility for the further development of our IT and systems infrastructure.

Quantec Networks GmbH is a global company and a leader in the field of aviation obstacle lighting. Our main activities include the development, design, and manufacture of obstacle lights for wind turbines. In this position, you will play a key role in the administration and optimization of our ERP system (ABAS) as well as our entire IT infrastructure.

You will ensure that our ERP system runs reliably, is used to its full potential, and evolves alongside our company. In doing so, you will work closely with various departments, analyze technical challenges, oversee updates, and ensure that our IT environment remains stable, secure, and high-performing.

Heres what you can do for us:

You will be responsible for the administration and monitoring of our IT infrastructure, particularly our ERP system (ABAS).

You will be responsible for providing technical system/ERP support to the various departments.

You correct and analyze errors and provide support for technical issues.

You will monitor the availability and performance of our IT systems and ERP system.

You design, develop, and maintain integrations and interfaces.

You will coordinate and supervise updates and upgrades to the ERP system.

You are responsible for setting up and configuring hardware, software, and networks, as well as managing user accounts.

You perform regular backups and are responsible for implementing security measures, monitoring for threats, and applying updates to protect against viruses and malware.

You will continue to develop our IT system, taking into account new trends and technologies.

You support your colleagues when they encounter technical problems.

Documenting processes and the system environment complete the scope of responsibilities.

Your profile:

A successfully completed degree (or higher education) in (economic-) informatics or a comparable qualification.

Initiative and conceptual skills for process optimization and project work.

Solid knowledge of the administration, configuration, and customization of ERP systems.

Analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.

Excellent german language skills and, ideally, english language skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.

You are a team player and solution-oriented.
