Commissioning engineer in process engineering (m/f/d) eFuel- Plant
INERATECs innovative chemical reactor technology is a key enabler of the energy transition. We build chemical plants that use greenhouse gases such as CO₂ and renewable electricity to produce synthetic fuels and sustainable products.As part of our Operations team, you are where innovation meets reality. You bring new Power-to-X plants to life, support their commissioning, and use your expertise to ensure that they operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. Together with your team, you turn innovative technology into fully operational plants and make a direct contribution to the energy transition.
Your tasks
Commissioning and technical support of process plants for the production of synthetic fuels
Conducting on-site customer training on plant operation
Providing training, instruction, and technical advice to customer personnel
Carrying out all necessary activities to ensure acceptance and operational readiness of the plant
Ensuring the plants proof of performance (SoP) and the quality of the synthetic fuels produced
Independently planning, preparing, and executing commissioning and recommissioning activities
Handling technical administrative tasks, from process data analysis to the preparation of operating documentation
Operating and controlling the plant and its processes
Your profile
Completed studies in the field of process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable field, completed training as a chemical technician (m/f/d) or further training as a chemical technician/technician/master (m/f/d) specializing in chemistry
professional experience in the fields of process and/or automation engineering
willingness to travel internationally
willingness to work shifts at our innovative plants
solution-oriented thinking and quick comprehension
affinity for mechanical as well as electrical and automation topics
good command of written and spoken English
driving license class 3/B
friendly and confident appearance
