Automation Technology Expert (m/f/d) PCS7

At INERATEC, we develop and build innovative Power-to-X plants for the production of e-fuels, e-SAF, e-waxes and other sustainable products.As part of our Engineering team, you will play a key role in automating our plants and bringing our technology reliably, safely and scalably into industrial application. Your tasks

Planning and implementation of process control systems

Design of control hardware

• Programming of PLC, PCS 7 and visualization systems
• Documentation, record keeping and list management for automation projects
• Performance monitoring as well as organization and support of external partners
• Creation of sequential function charts for fully automated operation
• Providing control systems support for the market launch of our process plants

Supporting commissioning activities

Your profile

• Completed degree in electrical engineering or automation technology, or completed vocational training as an electronics technician (m/f/d); further training as a technician/master craftsperson (m/f/d) is desirable
• At least three years of experience in the development and implementation of Siemens PCS 7 plant control systems in the process industry
• Experience in the full automation of process engineering plants

Very good knowledge of IP-based network technology

• Very good knowledge of PCS 7 and ideally TIA Portal with WinCC Advanced / Professiona and safety topics, particularly safety control systems
• Knowledge of programming fail-safe control systems is an advantage

Good written and spoken English and German skills

• Willingness to travel, approximately 10%
