Deine Aufgaben

• Aktive Beratung der Kund:innen, überwiegend telefonisch, über den gesamten Schadenprozess hinweg
• Eigenverantwortliche, pragmatische und wirtschaftliche Regulierung von Kraftfahrzeugschäden
• Treffen von Entscheidungen und Sicherstellen schneller, zielführender Lösungen
• Vermittlung passender Schadenservices sowie Steuerung externer Partner:innen
• Kommunikation mit Versicherungsnehmer:innen, Anspruchsteller:innen, Dienstleister:innen und Rechtsanwält:innen
• Organisation von Assistanceleistungen und Sicherstellung eines strukturierten Überblicks

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung – idealerweise mit Versicherungsbezug

Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick

• Entscheidungsfreude und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Dinge aktiv voranzubringen

Erste Erfahrung in der Schadenregulierung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
