Job Description
Deine Aufgaben
- Regulierung von Kraftfahrzeugschäden aus dem Bereich Komplexschaden innerhalb des eigenen Dezernates
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Schäden mit unklarer Haftung oder unklarer Deckung sowie Personenschäden
- Aktive - insbesondere telefonische - Beratung von Schadenkund:innen
- Sicherstellung einer effizienten und kundenorientierten Schadenbearbeitung
- Korrespondenz mit Versicherungsnehmer:innen, Anspruchsteller:innen und Rechtsanwälten/-anwältinnen
- Aktive Begleitung von gerichtlichen Auseinandersetzungen und Durchführung von Regressen
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung und sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von Kasko- und Haftpflichtschäden sind wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Entscheidungsfreude sowie Teamfähigkeit

- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Effizienz
