What Youll Do

On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Quality Control: Monitor all aspects of construction to ensure high standards of quality and compliance with specifications and regulations.

Team Management: Coordinate and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel.

Safety Oversight: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction to keep the project on track.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and milestones.

Who You are

Experienced Professional: Hold a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of on-site management experience, preferably in renewable energy projects.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all work is performed to high standards and specifications.

Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating and motivating on-site teams.

Problem Solver: Proven ability to identify issues on-site and develop effective solutions to keep projects moving forward.

Safety Conscious: In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Organized: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
