As a Cyber Security Architect, you define and shape the security foundation of our IT landscape. You design secure architectures, set standards, and act as a trusted advisor for teams across the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

Define and evolve security architectures, standards and guidelines

Design and maintain secure, scalable reference architectures

Act as a trusted advisor for projects from design to implementation

Conduct threat, vulnerability and risk assessments and define mitigation measures

Review solution designs to ensure security compliance and best practices

Perform security analyses and technical audits

Translate security requirements into practical architectural guidance

Promote secure-by-design principles across teams

Develop and deliver training on security architecture

Überzeugendes Profil

Must-Have

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable qualification

Several years of experience as a Security Architect or Senior Security Engineer

Strong expertise in securing IT architectures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid)

Solid knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001)

Experience with cloud security technologies (Azure, AWS)

Strong analytical and self-organisational skills and ability to understand and simplify complex systems

Confident communicator with the ability to advise and influence stakeholders

Structured, independent working style with a collaborative mindset

Fluent in English (B2+)

Nice to Have

Experience with Azure DevOps

Certifications such as CISSP, AZ-500 or AWS Security Specialty

Familiarity with BSI IT-Grundschutz or similar standards

Experience in international environments
