We are looking for support for our team in the commercial logistics area:
Your tasks include
Entry, release and control of delivery orders in the ERP system
Preparation and forwarding of necessary shipping documents
Administrative processing of WE and WA in a national and international environment
Billing of orders
Creation of picking / packing orders
Checking the freight papers and documents
- Correspondence with customers, haulage companies and delivery points
- Handling of the entire logistics area including complaints processing
Identification and implementation of new shipping options
Your profile
Successfully completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or a similar qualification
Good knowledge of English desirable
Sound knowledge of MS Office
Professional experience in the field of logistics desirable
Initiative, flexibility, stress resistance and interdisciplinary thinking/acting
Independent and responsible way of working
