Job Description

We are seeking a positive and dynamic Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in PV Solar systems to join our team in Milan, with the flexibility of hybrid work. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all phases of our commercial and industrial (C&I) PV plants. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, significantly contributing to the transition towards renewable and sustainable energy. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all project phases, from planning to final delivery.

Assign and manage suppliers and subcontractors to ensure proper implementation of PV systems.

Perform site inspections to verify proper installation of systems and compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and team members.

Quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project.

Keep a detailed record of all project activities, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Energy or Industrial).

3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in PV systems or in the energy sector.

Strong understanding of PV principles, electrical systems, and grid connection.

Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Others

Proficiency in Italian and English (both spoken and written)

Ability to travel (up to 50%)

Responsabilità principali

Supervisionare e coordinare tutte le fasi del progetto, dalla pianificazione alla consegna finale.

Assegnare e gestire fornitori e subappaltatori per garantire la corretta implementazione dei sistemi fotovoltaici.

Eseguire ispezioni in loco per verificare la corretta installazione degli impianti e la conformità agli standard di qualità e alle normative.

Assicurarsi che i progetti siano completati nei tempi previsti e nel rispetto del budget.

Mantenere una comunicazione chiara con clienti, fornitori e membri del team.

Identificare e risolvere rapidamente eventuali problemi che possano sorgere durante il progetto.

Tenere un registro dettagliato di tutte le attività del progetto, della programmazione e del budget.
