• · Koordinierung des internen Auswahlprozesses (Forschungskooperationen, Exzellenzprogramm)
• · Koordination der Beteiligung des Standorts an klinischen Studien und Projekten der klinisch-wissenschaftlichen Infrastruktur
• · Mitarbeit im Rahmen des wissenschaftlichen Berichtswesens am Standort in Zusammenarbeit mit den Drittmittelabteilungen und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem DZHK-Standortcontrolling
• · Koordination von Weiterleitung, Verwendung und Nutzung der DZHK-Mittel

· Koordination des internen und externen Evaluationsprozesses

• · Unterstützung der Standortsprecher und stellv. Standortsprechers bei ihren DZHK-bezogenen Aufgaben
• · Kommunikation und Unterstützung von Nachwuchswissenschaftlern des Young DZHK
• · Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von wissenschaftlichen Workshops, Symposien und Seminaren

· Vor- und Nachbereitung von Gremiensitzungen

• · Presseaktivitäten
• Your qualifications

Your qualifications

• · abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Biologie oder einer verwandten Lebenswissenschaft
• · ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

· Erfahrungen mit Wissenschaftsmanagement und Organisation

· Erfahrungen in Projektentwicklung- und Koordination

· hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

• · gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
• · Bereitschaft sich weiterzubilden, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und neue Herausforderungen zu lösen
