We are looking for full-time, part-time, or mini-job employees to join our service team for the Urlaubs-Express trains at our Hamburg and Cologne locations, starting immediately.

Your qualities

• You are fluent in German and have a good command of, for example, English, French, or Italian.
• You enjoy working with people, are friendly, communicative, and service-oriented.
• You are physically fit enough to work in the railroad industry.
• You are ready to undergo the required medical examination for railway employment.
• You work with a high degree of diligence and are mindful of both costs and safety.
• You are reliable, flexible and a team player.
• You can solve difficult situations through commitment and creativity.
• You are ready for shift work with weekend work.
• Prior experience in railroad operations is helpful, but not required.

Your tasks

Train attendants on the Urlaubs-Express trains in our sleeper and couchette cars

Check-in for Our Passengers

• Assisting guests in the compartment
• On-site beverage and snack service
• Wake-up and Breakfast Service
• Preparing Guests for Dismemberment
• Control and enforcement of security measures on board
• Train preparation and logistics

Full-time position with permanent contract
