With our Cessna CitationJet and Citation CJ3 aircraft, we operate business and private charter flights throughout Europe. Our Cessna Citation XLS and XLS+ aircraft also enable us to offer flights beyond Europe, including destinations in North Africa.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Operations & Ground Handling Officer (m/f/d) on a part-time basis (30 hours per week), with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position. The role is initially offered on a one-year fixed-term contract, with the prospect of permanent employment.

Your Responsibilities

Support operational flight planning and flight execution

• Coordinate flight operations, including handling arrangements, catering, and flight documentation
• Process handling requests and schedule aircraft ground handling activities

Assist with aircraft servicing, refueling, and hangar operations

Perform basic aircraft cleaning and service tasks

Organize and manage catering supplies and inventory

Provide general administrative support within Operations and Ground Handling

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or business-related field
• Strong interest in aviation and the ability to quickly understand new processes

Structured, reliable, and independent working style

• Strong teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Good written and spoken English

Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Valid Class B driving licence

Previous experience in Operations, Flight Dispatch, or Ground Handling is an advantage, but not required
