Team Leader Finance & Controlling (m/f/d)

For the Business Administration and Finance (B) department, we are looking for a permanent Team Leader Finance & Controlling (m/f/d) on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities include:

Professional and disciplinary management of the Finance & Controlling team

Responsibility for proper financial accounting and the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheet and profit and loss statement.

Management of business planning, budgeting, forecasts and internal reporting.

Analysis of key business figures and development of recommendations for management.

Representation of the companys financial interests in internal and external committees and working groups.

Responsibility for liquidity management and the management of relationships with banks and financing partners.

Responsibility for financial instruments and financing models

Overall responsibility for grant management in public transport, including funding and subsidy matters.

Managing tax-related issues and coordinating cooperation with auditors, tax advisors, financial authorities and customs authorities.

Support during operational and tax audits and ensuring tax compliance

Further development and optimization of financial, controlling and administrative processes

This is what we want from you:

Successfully completed business administration studies with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting.

Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting as well as in controlling

Leadership experience or a strong willingness to assume leadership responsibility

Sound knowledge of accounting according to the German Commercial Code (HGB).

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and experience with common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SAP, etc.). B. SAP)

Experience in budget planning and controlling

Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers

Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working

Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and teamwork skills

High sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
