For this position, we offer an annual salary of €63,000 to €68,000 (gross, full-time), depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Business Unit Wind in the newly established Staff Department. You will be driving country-level growth strategies, and supporting operational excellence across regions. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of engaging with senior leadership and preparing strategic insights for the board.

This position can be filled anywhere in Europe with an ENERCON office.

Your Tasks

Strategic Governance & Project Leadership: Support the execution of strategic initiatives within the Business Unit and prepare analyses and presentations for senior management and board meetings

Market Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the development and implementation of country-specific market strategies (entry & expansion), as well as support go-to-market initiatives and business development activities

Performance Monitoring: Track implementation progress and monitor key performance indicators to ensure measurable outcomes

Customer & External Engagement: Participate in customer events and support the companys representation in external engagements

Strategic Product & Market Enablement: Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends and support supply chain optimization to enhance competitiveness and cost efficiency

Operational Excellence: Support the definition and tracking of operational milestones and KPIs and contribute to aligning regional organizational structures with market strategy to enable scalable growth

Your Qualifications

Initial experience in market strategy, business development, or strategic projects, ideally in the energy or wind industry

Background in business or strategy consulting is a plus

Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication

Fluency in English and German; additional languages (e.g. Spanish, French) are an asset

Strong analytical and planning skills as well as the ability to prepare clear and concise presentations

High level of teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
