About the Team

As part of our transformation from a wind turbine manufacturer to a broader solutions provider within the green energy ecosystem, we have established a centralized Solutions Management Team within the Corporate Strategy organization.

The Solutions Management Team serves as the front end of innovation and solution development across the company. The team is responsible for identifying, shaping, and validating future business opportunities before they enter the formal product and portfolio development process.

Role Summary

The Solutions Project Manager plays a critical role in bringing new ideas to life. Positioned at the center of our Solutions Management Team, this role leads the early-stage development and execution of new solution initiatives—from initial concept through validation and MVP definition.

The role combines structured project leadership, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving to ensure that promising opportunities are translated into actionable, decision-ready initiatives. Working across multiple business functions, the Solutions Project Manager helps shape the future portfolio of solutions that will enable the companys growth within the evolving green energy ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate new Solutions initiatives across Business Unit Wind, Services, and Regions in close partnership with the Solutions Workstream Owner.

Design and structure new solution concepts, facilitating cross-functional workshops that drive alignment, accountability, and clear next steps.

Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, measurable outcomes, and well-defined decision points.

Prepare clear, concise, and executive-ready materials that support informed decision-making.

Manage dependencies, interfaces, risks, and stakeholder alignment across functions and teams.

Foster rapid learning cycles through an agile mindset, including discovery activities, customer engagement, prototyping, and validation.

Support governance processes and ensure initiatives are well prepared for key decision-making forums.

Build strong working relationships across a broad network of stakeholders and create an environment where diverse perspectives are valued.

What Were Looking For

5+ years of experience in project, program, or initiative management within a complex organizational environment.

Familiarity with agile ways of working and a demonstrated agile mindset.

Experience leading projects within innovation, incubation, or new business development environments.

Experience working successfully across functions and teams, including situations without direct line authority.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress in early-stage or evolving contexts.

Understanding of business case fundamentals and commercial drivers.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience preparing materials and recommendations for senior leadership and governance forums.

Fluent English (required).
