As a Site Manager within Axpo Solar, you will oversee construction sites during the build phase, supporting Project Managers and Directors to ensure safety, quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met. You will be the on-site representative, coordinating with clients and stakeholders to drive project success.

What you will do:

Lead construction projects and act as the primary on-site contact for clients and stakeholders

Monitor project execution to ensure high-quality construction and adherence to specifications

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations

Coordinate with local authorities, manage logistics, and oversee equipment deliveries

Plan and supervise material integration into existing infrastructure

What you bring & who you are:

Engineering degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering

At least 5 years of experience in photovoltaic construction, preferably on parking canopies

Strong technical knowledge in electricity and civil works

Autonomous and pragmatic mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills

Fluent in German (primary language) and English; French is a plus

Willingness to be on-site full-time and travel extensively
