Digital Collaboration Engineer (all genders)

Digital Collaboration Engineer (all genders)
Your future tasks:
Configure, operate and continuously improve collaboration platforms (M365,Teams, SharePoint) in line with defined standards and service requirements
Support users and business functions in effective and compliant use of
collaboration and productivity tools
Monitor platform usage, performance and adoption and identify optimization
and automation opportunities
Support implementation, integration and standardization of collaboration
technologies across the organization
Ensure adherence to governance, security, compliance and lifecycle standards
defined by Service Management and Security
Support adoption and enablement of AI capabilities (e.g. Copilot) within collaboration platforms
Configure, maintain and optimize collaboration platforms and integrations based on standardized templates
Troubleshoot and resolve collaboration-related incidents and service requests (2nd/3rd level)
Implement templates, workflows, permission models and automation (e.g. provisioning, governance policies)
Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base, and user guidance materials
Monitor platform usage, adoption and performance; support platform improvement
Support rollout, adoption and enablement of collaboration and AI features (e.g. Teams capabilities, Copilot)
Your profile:
Degree in Information Technology or related field
Relevant professional experience (3-5 years) in M365 collaboration platforms, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, platform administration, automation and user enablement
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Structured and solution-oriented working style
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
