We are expanding! Our team is seeking experienced Construction Managers to support multiple Enercon wind turbine building and installation sites across Europe. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for renewable energy and high-quality standards, we want to hear from you.

📍 Locations: Various sites across Europe (Travel required) 🛠️ Basis: Contract-based

The CM is responsible for the construction site, including the complete management, responsibility and support, beginning with the access road and crane hardstand construction through cable laying and substation works, deep foundation and foundation construction, tower and turbine installation up to the acceptance of the wind farm.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Cosntrcution Leading: Management and technical support of wind farm construction sites, starting from the construction of access roads and crane platforms to cable installation and basic civil works.

Safety: Follow and implement occupational health and safety at the construction site, ensuring all operations meet legal and safety standars.

Coordination: Supervise and coordinate all the subcontractors. Serve as the primary point of contact for client subcontractors while managing internal resources.

Resource Planning: Optimize the allocation of personnel and specialized installation vehicles across the project site.

Performance Monitoring: Maintain high-level oversight of project timelines to ensure KPIs are met.

Quality Control: Conduct technical assessments and site measurements to validate the integrity of civil works and electrical installations.

Reporting: Provide transparent, data-driven updates to the general project management.

WEC Integration: Manage the end-to-end assembly and commissioning phase of wind turbine units.

✅ Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Citizenship: Valid EU Citizenship (right to work across the EU).

Experience: civilworks / management / wind turbine installation.

Certifications: Degree in engineering (University of Technology / University of Applied Sciences) preferably in the field of civil engineering / civil engineering technician;

Valid GWO (Global Wind Organisation) certificates – Unrestricted ability to work at height;

Mobility: Driving license and a total willingness to travel internationally as this position requires a great amount of travelling;.

👤 Your Profile

Experience: Minimum 2 years in civilworks / management / wind turbine installation.

Education: Technical background or relevant technical skills.

Skills:

Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Proficient in German (written and spoken).

MS Office skills (Basic SAP knowledge is a plus).

High level of accuracy, initiative, and the ability to multitask.

Soft Skills:
