We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Officer to join our growing team across to support multiple wind turbine installation sites across Europe.

📍 Locations: Various sites across Europe (Travel required)

🛠️ Basis: Contract-based

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Documentation: Create and maintain site-specific HSE plans and risk assessments.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure all project operations align with specific Standards and local legal requirements.

Site Presence: Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and promote best practices.

Mentorship: Act as the primary HSE advisor and coach for site teams, fostering a proactive safety culture.

Incident Management: Lead investigations into near-misses or accidents and implement corrective actions.

Mandatory Requirements:

Citizenship: Valid EU Citizenship (right to work across the EU).

Mobility: Driving license and a total willingness to travel internationally

Travel: High willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Physical: Fitness for heights / GWO certification

Your Profile:

Education: Occupational Safety Specialist, Nebosh General or equivalent HSE certification.

Experience: 2 years of experience in safety and wind turbines.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills in English (German will be a plus),

Self-confident: highly proactive personality who is convincingly team-oriented, ability to influence and lead;
