We are expanding! Our team is seeking experienced Quality Inspectors to support multiple Enercon wind turbine installation sites across Europe. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for renewable energy and high-quality standards, we want to hear from you.

📍 Locations: Various sites across Europe (Travel required) 🛠️ Basis: Contract-based

You will ensure that every phase of the installation meets Enercons rigorous quality standards, identifying deficiencies early and working closely with site management to implement corrective measures.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Quality Oversight: Conduct quality reviews during installation using checklists and breakpoints; perform takeover procedures (internal/external) per Project Logistics Management guidelines.

Reporting: Observe and record all non-conformities; report deviations to the Construction Manager and Supervisor immediately.

Performance Monitoring: Secure the quality performance of installation teams and identify areas for process improvement.

Liaison: Act as the technical bridge, conveying stakeholder questions to the Supervisor and General Project Manager.

Field Work: Work at heights and travel frequently across various European project sites.

✅ Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Citizenship: Valid EU Citizenship (right to work across the EU).

Experience: Previous hands-on experience with Installation.

Certifications: Valid GWO (Global Wind Organisation) certificates.

Mobility: Full driving license and a total willingness to travel internationally.

👤 Your Profile

Experience: Minimum 2 years in onshore wind turbine installation.

Education: Technical background or relevant technical skills.

Skills: * Proficient in English (written and spoken).

MS Office skills (Basic SAP knowledge is a plus).

High level of accuracy, initiative, and the ability to multitask.

Soft Skills: A team player with excellent communication skills and a “safety-first” mindset.
