Swimming Pool Manager (m/f/d)

For our modernized and completely renovated indoor swimming pool in Irrel, we are seeking a

Pool Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

July 9, 2026

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Pay is based on EG 8 of the TVöD VKA.

Specialist area of responsibility:

- Supervision and monitoring of pool operations

- Water Quality Monitoring / Disinfection

- Cleaning, upkeep, and maintenance of the swimming facilities

- Overseeing the technical treatment of pool water

- Helping to develop and oversee the course offerings

Professional profile:

- At least one completed vocational training program to become a swimming pool operations specialist

- Experience with pool equipment

- Working independently

- A customer- and service-oriented approach

- Ability to work as part of a team

Personality:

- Citizen-friendliness, conscientiousness, and discretion

- Independence and a sense of responsibility

- Conflict resolution skills and resilience
