As an Engineering Manager in our Demand Division you will make an impact by leading 2 tech teams which are contributing to data products that empower Marketing teams to measure Marketing spend, steer budget decisions and improve customer retention.

Were seeking someone with technical background and proven leadership experience in complex, cross-functional engineering environments.
About the Role
You lead, shape and grow two high performing teams of Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Product Owners, owning the disciplinary power. You take full ownership of your teams results, culture, and individual growth. You conduct hiring end-to-end, manage onboarding, support career development, and proactively address performance issues
You are accountable for your teams delivery against the roadmap, with a clear focus on time, quality, and budget. You proactively flag risks early and remove blockers, keeping delivery predictable and transparent
You ensure your team adheres to engineering policies, architectural guidelines, and technical strategies. You promote code quality, documentation, maintainability, security, and technical excellence
Together with our Product Owners you define your teams vision and mission statement.
You define and track delivery, quality, and team health metrics. You use insights to continuously optimize team and individual performance
You live a transparent feedback culture and collaborate actively across the organization and put focus on clear, effective communication, ensuring a well-working stakeholder management and a close alignment with Tech leadership
About You
2+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles (Engineering Manager or comparable tech leadership roles) managing cross-functional, international teams and delivering complex projects
Experience in Marketing measurement and steering is a must
You have a background in a tech-related role (Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product Ownership) preferably using agile practices that enables you to participate and support the team in technical decisions and engage with engineers at all levels of seniority
You have experience measuring and communicating delivery metrics (e.g., cycle time, throughput, planned vs. completed)
You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor your messaging effectively across audiences, from individual engineers and technical teams to senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners
You have passion for AI adoption and a track record of driving AI fluency across engineering teams
Fluency in English is mandatory
