Your responsibilities

Lead and manage the LNG trading desk, including strategy development and day to day trading activities, with a strong focus on short term markets (year +1).

Identify market opportunities and execute profitable trading strategies.

Oversee and optimize the utilization of regasification terminals across Europe.

Proactively develop, strengthen, and expand relationships with LNG trading counterparties.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key market participants.

Ensure traded volumes remain within approved risk limits while delivering profitable outcomes for the company.

Promote a strong understanding of, and adherence to, all relevant Risk and Compliance policies as well as the companys Code of Conduct.

Lead an international team of highly skilled LNG Traders and Support Managers.

Develop, empower, and mentor team members to support their professional growth and performance.

Your profile

Strong leadership and decision making skills

At least 5 years of experience in LNG trading and origination

An understanding of the supply & demand fundamentals of LNG markets

Commercial thinking (spot opportunities and take risks with the aim to create value)

Team Player with excellent communication and negotiation skills and highly analytical mindset
