EnBW UK Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of EnBW and part of EnBWs Trading division, which is EnBWs central point of access to the energy markets. We are active in key European markets and international energy exchanges. The Trading division is responsible for the optimal management of the EnBW portfolio and energy trading. We support the energy transition through active marketing and management of renewable energies, PPAs, direct marketing and low carbon molecules supply and sales. This is an exciting time to be part of our international team, whose mission is to develop smart energy products and promote renewable energy. EnBWs trading business operates in four European countries; Germany, UK, Norway, Switzerland and most of our roles are available as hybrid-remote roles. This role is based in London.

Your Role – More than Reception

This role goes beyond traditional front-of-house duties. You will act as the face of the office and a key operational anchor, ensuring a professional, seamless experience for employees, clients and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the reception area and provide outstanding customer service to clients, guests, and employees

Coordinate meetings, catering, and events for a seamless guest experience

Act as a central point of contact between Office Management, IT, Facilities and internal teams – including close coordination with colleagues in Germany

Provide support to the day-to-day management of the office

Manage access control system and work closely with the buildings front desk and security team

Monitor supplies and re-order as needed

Support with on- and offboarding of both employees and external consultants

Liaise with IT support for operational assistance

Cover for the Office Manager as and when required

This is not a typical reception role. It sits at the intersection of office operations, stakeholder management and employee experience, with a strong international component through close collaboration with the German parent organisation.

Überzeugendes Profil

We are looking for someone who combines a strong service mindset with a proactive, organised approach:

3+ years experience as an Office Coordinator or Team Assistant

Exceptional communication skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Tech-savvy and comfortable with Office 365 and technology.

Attention to detail, diligent, process driven

Reliable, dependable, and able to establish effective working relationships at all levels.

Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic environment, embracing change.
