Your future tasks:

Health & Safety Strategy & Compliance: Develop and implement project-specific HSEQ plans, ensuring adherence to legal and international standards (ISO 45001, G+ Offshore Guidelines, GWO).

Risk Management & Incident Oversight: Lead risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and incident investigations, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary interface for HSEQ matters with internal teams, contractors, regulators, and clients.

System Integration & Performance Monitoring: Embed HSEQ systems into project operations, including KPI tracking, audits, inspections, and reporting.

Contractor & Supplier Oversight: Conduct assessments and audits to ensure HSEQ compliance across the project value chain.

Training & Competence Development: Deliver HSEQ training, briefings, and development programs for project personnel, contractors, and client representatives.

Your profile:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

Proven experience in project quality assurance, ideally in offshore wind or related manufacturing industries.

Hands-on experience with product inspection, manufacturing control, and quality assurance of components, preferably electrical components.

Strong understanding of statutory, regulatory, and international quality standards.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, fluent in English (German language skills are a plus).

Analytical, proactive, and able to work across multiple teams to ensure correct product delivery and installation.
