Your mission:

As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be the driving force behind our photovoltaic projects – from planning to commissioning. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, keep an eye on budgets, timelines, and milestones, and ensure that all cogs mesh perfectly. In doing so, you will not only ensure quality and technical standards but also actively contribute your ideas to improve processes and efficiently drive the energy transition.

With your structured approach, technical understanding, and a high degree of personal responsibility, you drive the sustainable success of our projects and strengthen CUBE CONCEPTS position as a forward-thinking partner in renewable energies.

Your tasks:

Support for the planning and implementation of commercial photovoltaic projects

Monitoring of project progress and ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets

Assistance in the creation of technical documents and documentation

Coordination and communication between internal teams and external partners

Support in ensuring quality and safety standards

Administrative support for daily operations

Analysis of project data for continuous process optimization

Collaboration on topics related to profitability, grid service revenues, and electricity storage

What you bring with you:

Completed technical training, ideally related to the energy or solar industry

Electrical engineering experience, preferably in the area of AC connection of PV systems

Experience in project management or technical project execution

Secure handling of Microsoft Dynamics and technical planning software

Structured, organized way of working and teamwork skills

Strong communication skills and enjoy working with different contact persons

Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
