Your mission:
As Head of Sales (m/f/d), you will take on overall responsibility for our sales, going far beyond traditional leadership:
You are building a scalable sales organization for complex energy solutions.
You are developing a system that sustainably grows.

Your tasks:
Building, Leading, and Developing a High-Performance B2B Sales Team
Managing the entire sales funnel – from lead generation to closing
Active support in complex negotiations and closings
Developing a clear performance and closing culture
Scaling of processes, structures, and KPIs
Account Management and Development of Strategic Key Accounts
Identification of new market potentials and partnerships
Translating complex energy and business models into compelling business cases
Close cooperation with technology, project management, and executive management
What you bring with you:
Several years of experience in B2B sales (e.g., energy, infrastructure, tech, SaaS)
Demonstrable strength in closing challenging deals
Experience in building and leading sales teams
Ability to convincingly connect technical and economic contexts
Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility, and strong execution skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ideally additionally:
Experience in photovoltaics, storage, or energy solutions
Experience in scaling sales organizations
