Dispatching expert in passenger transport

Locations: Saxony near Ansbach; full-time

What you can expect from us:

Deployment planning: Organizing and scheduling our drivers and vehicles to ensure smooth operations

Team orientation: As the central interface between planning and driving operations, you create trust and ensure smooth cooperation with the drivers

Creating duty rosters: Developing and optimizing duty rosters and schedules in accordance with operational requirements

Order management: Checking and processing incoming orders and ensuring that they are accepted quickly and reliably

Accounting: Preparation of invoices in compliance with internal specifications and processes

Customer care: Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through competent and friendly communication

Data management: Maintaining and updating master data, such as personnel, fleet and route information

Availability: Taking over the telephone readiness to clarify and process inquiries

Complaint management: Receiving, analyzing and resolving complaints to increase customer satisfaction

Coordination of external service providers: Hiring subcontractors and exchanging relevant information

Providing information: Answering timetable inquiries in a friendly and precise manner

Ideally, this is what you bring to the table:

Strong and confident communicator: you have a confident manner and excellent communication skills.

Organizational skills and a structured way of working to maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment

Initiative and a sense of responsibility: With your hands-on mentality, you tackle tasks independently and are happy to take on responsibility.

Confident handling of MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as basic IT skills

Reliability and discretion, especially when processing financial tasks

Language skills: Very good written and spoken German as well as good English skills are a matter of course for you

Professional qualifications: Training as a forwarding agent/specialist in driving operations/commercial training is an advantage

Mobility: Valid class B/CE/DE driving license is an advantage

Technical knowledge in the commercial vehicle sector is an advantage
