ESS division for Saft strengthens the companys ability to serve the global energy storage market and to support the transition to renewable energy.

On battery storage projects, the Technical Leader is in charge of:

Definition and management of engineering activities: electricity, civil engineering, networks and cybersecurity, system communication ;

Definition and validation of interfaces between the different products (batteries, inverters, controllers) ;

Technical offers: review of customer specifications.

Activités

Your missions

Plan and coordinate the engineering teams activities and resources allocated to the project

Manage safety/quality/cost/time criteria, risks and opportunities

Lead internal technical meetings, with customers and subcontractors

Ensure document delivery to customers

Enforce security constraints at customer sites

Ensure the proper management of interfaces on customer sites (civil engineering, cabling, network architecture, electrical protection, fire systems, etc.)

Manage battery commissioning and performance testing

Implement the product integration strategy (batteries, inverters, controllers, connection to the electrical grid)

Ensure design rules are applied to each work package

Capitalize and share feedback with the rest of the engineering department

Profil du candidat

Desired profile

Master of engineering.

Multidisciplinary technical knowledge (System, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electrical, Software, Power Systems, Integration..).

Minimum 5 years in Technical Team Leader.

Commissioning or site construction experience appreciated.

English level B2 (according to CEFR) compulsory.
