After Sales Performance Analyst (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Maintain tender trackers, LOA compliance documentation and key bid-related records

Prepare inputs and decision materials for strategic project reviews and stakeholder alignment

Create and track early risk/issue logs to support smooth tender and negotiation processes

Develop pricing comparisons, competitive analyses and win–loss summaries

Support negotiations with materials, meeting documentation and post-deal analysis updates

Contribute to key account planning, data maintenance, dashboards and retention reporting

Coordinate with regional teams and product management on data preparation, target rollouts and readiness activities

Your Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics or a related field

1–3 years of experience in Commercial Operations, After Sales, Services, analytics or project coordination (internships count)

Solid skills in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), basic ERP (e.g., SAP), advanced Excel, Power BI and MS Teams/SharePoint

Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, structured communication and coordination ability

Curious mindset with learning agility and a reliable, organized way of working

Fluent English as well as business fluent German skills; additional languages are a plus
