Cash desk team leader (m/f/d)

To succeed our cash desk team leader, who is retiring in 2026, we are looking for a dedicated full-time cash desk team leader (m/f/d) from summer 2025 or by arrangement

Tasks

Professional management and organization of the cash desk operations at four lanes including responsible management of the cash book and administration of the safe stock, as well as cash supply and disposal.

Personnel responsibility for the cashiers incl. staff deployment planning.

Cashier activities and administration of chip cards and vouchers.

Participation in the organization of special promotions, pricing and updating of advertising materials in cooperation with management and marketing.

General administrative tasks (in cooperation with our accounting department: preparing invoices and reminders, checking incoming payments, reconciling open items).

Communication with customers, processing group bookings and special trips.

Control and maintenance of our AXESS cash register and access system, including maintenance of the cash register hardware.

Creating evaluations and statistics for our management.

Overview and control of parking space management.

Shared responsibility for a well-maintained customer area.

Qualifications

Completed training in the commercial sector, banking or comparable qualification.

Professional experience in the learned profession and ideally in employee management.

Good with money, high degree of personal responsibility, resilient and calm even in stressful situations

Friendly with customers and colleagues, but also assertive.

Hands-on, flexible and team-oriented.

Confident in using IT applications, such as the common MS Office programs, and open to learning new applications.

Willing to work weekends and public holidays with appropriate time off in lieu.
