Your mission with us
You will strategically develop our existing climate protection concept and contribute new ideas.
They manage projects independently and implement specific climate protection measures.
They coordinate municipal working groups and network relevant stakeholders.
They make climate protection tangible through information, participation and training events.
They develop realistic goals, initiate innovative measures and support their implementation.
You acquire and manage funding programs - from application to proof of use.
They provide citizens with service-oriented advice and strengthen local participation.
What you bring with you
A degree in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, geography, spatial planning or a comparable field of study related to climate protection
Specialist knowledge of climate protection, renewable energies or municipal energy management is an advantage
Experience in project management and ideally in process optimization
Strong communication skills, team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
A confident, approachable demeanor
A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
